1. Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online banking transfers.

3. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns before your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe.

Your health information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

4. Conduct

We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution, we are not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after treatment, unless caused by negligence.
